June is Bustin' Out All Over...

Image
Kim's garden has really come to life recently.  Both the flowers and the veggies are doing very well this year.

All Good Gifts......

Not Harvest Festival time yet, but a really bumper crop from Kim’s vegetable garden and greenhouse! Home-grown food just tastes so much better. 😁 Kim has become a keen vegetable gardener, inspired and expertly advised by her dear Dad, Doug.

What’s Happening in the Garden?

Image
After a quiet and rather fallow winter, our lovely garden started coming to life with crocuses and daffodils in the spring, followed by a magnificent display of purple and cream tulips. They’re all finished now, but Kim and Polly have been very busy, and much is going on, both with flowers and veg 😁.

Queen of Cabbages

Kim’s winter produce. Cabbages, leeks, carrots and parsnips.  Soon it will be time to plant up for this year. Traditionally, seed potatoes should go in on Good Friday.
